Die cutting process

Die cutting process is the most commonly used process for packaging and printing materials. It is a molding process that uses a die-cutting knife to combine the die-cutting plate according to the pattern required by the product design, and then roll the printing materials or other ring blanks into the required shape or cut marks under the action of pressure. The indentation process is to press out the line mark on the plate through the action of pressure by using the line knife or line die, or bend the plate according to the predetermined position by using the line roller. Generally, die cutting and indentation process is a process that combines die cutting knife and line pressing knife in the same template and carries out die cutting and indentation processing on the die cutting machine at the same time, which is called die cutting for short.
